It has seemed to me that, after Easter, the churches I’ve attended moved directly to Paul and the Acts of the Apostles. As a result, the events from after Jesus’ Crucification to His Ascension into Heaven have been somewhat dim in my mind. I Googled a timeline of that period and tried to write songs about it in sequential order. I skipped the soldiers reporting to the priests, and the Holy Women meeting Jesus on the way back from the tomb. During the nearly two years  that I worked on this, I found myself imagining what it must have been like to see the risen Jesus, hear Him speak, to touch Him, and to sit down and eat with Him. Once again my wavering faith was reinforced. I pray that yours to will be by hearing, playing, and singing this music.
